The Founder

Evgeny Brodski founded Brodski Consulting LLC in 2024 with a focus on business and investor matchmaking within real estate development, drawing on more than half a decade of experience working closely with high-net-worth clients and privately held businesses. His work has centered on understanding capital allocation, relationship-driven decision-making, and long-term value creation.

As the son of a construction worker, Evgeny grew up around building sites and worked directly in construction himself, gaining firsthand experience in how projects are built from the ground up. This early exposure shaped his practical approach to real estate and continues to inform how he evaluates and supports development projects today.

Before launching the firm, Evgeny worked in a consulting capacity with an international brokerage and trading firm based in the UAE, where he supported business expansion, client growth, and operational structure. This experience reinforced a disciplined, execution-focused mindset and the importance of clarity and trust in complex transactions.

Today, Brodski Consulting works alongside established development partners to support well-structured real estate opportunities focused on stability and long-term value.
